Our 2008 Training Season is coming to an end but stay tuned to our email listserve for occassional announcements about impromptu rides and events
Weekly training rides are free and typically part of a progressive training series that build up to a set mileage, goal, or event (e.g., Cinderella Classic). Skills clinics are held thoughout the season and include topics helpful to your training including road safety, bike maintenance, core strengthening, injury prevention, climbing and descending skills, and nutrition.
