About the "Team"
Team LUNA Chix - Bay Area Cycling (TLC) is represented by a diverse group of women who love the sport of cycling and enjoy sharing that passion with other women. TLC was organized to create a fun, safe, and supportive environment where women of various athletic ability can get together for friendship and sport. The TLC program is recreational (non-competitive) and welcomes any woman with a bike, a positive attitude, and a desire to get out and get active. There are no membership forms or fees.
TLC strives to make a difference in the community by raising funds and awareness for the Breast Cancer Fund (BCF) – a nonprofit who seeks to identify and eliminate environmental and other preventable causes of breast cancer. Our annual BCF fundraiser happens in the fall - we hope to see you there!
